Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month; you are not charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not exported a compliance report, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Renewals
Monthly plans renew automatically. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months once a report has been exported or the monthly verification quota has been substantially used.
