Questions
What counts as a verification?
One completed age check — a confirm, a date-of-birth check, or a document check. Repeat visits within 30 days don't re-verify, so they don't count again.
Do you store Aadhaar or PAN numbers?
No. Document ids are validated and immediately masked (e.g. XXXXXXXX1234). We never persist the raw number, in line with DPDP data-minimisation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and cancel at the end of the billing period. See our refund policy for details.
Is this legal advice?
No. AgeGate Kit gives you the tooling and audit trail to demonstrate age-gating; you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
